Are you interested in enhancing your understanding of reward selection and delivery systems? Do you want to improve your handler mechanics? Come join us for this jam-packed 3-day seminar that is designed to help you step out of your comfort zone and challenge your assumptions in learning theory through practical exercises, interactive discussions, and live demonstrations. The first 2 days will be a blend of classroom and hands-on experiences (65% classroom and interactive exercises and 35% odor detection) that leads the detection canine handler through understanding reward selection and utilization to improving your mechanical skills in order to maximize performance and minimize handler cueing. The third day will be a blend of odor detection work and hands on implementation of leaning theory with California Sea Lions. The cost will be $800.00 per person for working slots and 425.00 for audit slots. Audit slots will be able to observe sea lion training but will not be able to participate in hands-on activities. You don’t want to miss this unique opportunity. Space will be limited.
